Purpose
These terms govern the use of the Izurane marketplace, which connects Moroccan artisans and cooperatives with customers in Morocco and internationally.
User account
Registration requires a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity on your account.
Izurane's role
Izurane is an intermediary platform: products are sold directly by artisans, each responsible for their product descriptions, stock and craftsmanship.
Orders and payment
Any confirmed order commits you to payment. Displayed prices are in Moroccan dirhams, tax included unless stated otherwise.
Shipping and returns
Delivery times and return conditions are detailed on our Shipping and Returns pages, which form an integral part of these terms.
Intellectual property
The text, photos and graphic elements of the site are protected. Artisans retain the rights to their creations and personal stories.
Liability
Izurane strives to keep published information accurate but cannot be held liable for the natural variations inherent to handmade objects.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Morocco.
